Sample Welcome Letter for Newborn & Family Photographers

Hi! My name is Sally Photographer, and I look forward to working with you at the upcoming photo shoot of you and your newborn son. I want to capture beautiful images that will provide you with precious memories for years to come.

I find it best to photograph on location using natural light: at your house, at a park, or in your backyard. We can work wherever you feel most at ease so that I can photograph relaxed, natural poses. I will bring props to use in the photo shoot, and I will bring my own lighting setup if natural light is not available.

I will take a lot of photos at your session to ensure you get plenty of what you want. When they are ready—usually within one week—I will send you an email linking to your online album, or you can request to review them at my studio. I've included a price list and ordering guide to help you with the ordering process.
